Service/Valet Mode
The Ghost is an immobiliser which can stop theft of vehicles by blocking communication between your key and the ECU - meaning that the engine cannot be started without entering a unique PIN. It's also hidden in the wiring, making it difficult to notice. It does not use LED indicators that could give away its location. This is ideal when you're looking to hand over your vehicle to a mechanic or even valet parking. To activate valet mode, enter the code provided to you by your engineer upon completion of the installation - this will allow them to start your car without having to enter the disarm sequence. To exit valet mode simply switch your car back to normal operation and the code will change to your normal pin.
